I came across this web page while looking for something to do this weekend. If you go to the "Links" tab on the left side of this page, it gives a whole list of websites and castles for the middle Rhine area. Many have English versions. I found one for a Burg Ticket that is a pass for ten of the castles - 19 euros for adults. Now I know what my son and I are doing during the week this summer!

This one looks great too. It was buried in one of the other websites. List lots of all-inclusive things to do in the valley, i.e. walking tours with luggage transportation and accomodation included.

celticdreams - maybe we should have that drink on the ramparts of one of these castles! We could start a Fodors get-together!
