MIcrofiber for hot weather??

Travel Smith advertises microfiber garments which are designed to be comfortable in hot weather--90 degrees. Does anyone have experience with this kind of microfiber they're willing to share? How is this type of microfiber different from other microfibers and Coolmax fabrics? Thanks for your help

Microfiber is great for traveling since it is absorbent like cotton yet very durable

It is also easy to wash in the hotel sink or tub and dries quickly without too many wrinkles.

I really think its great for summer trips, especially.

My microfiber dress pants are amazing. I can wear them on an all night plane and arrive without even a hint of a wrinkle. I wear them over and over again and they always looks so fresh. But they tend to be a little warm in hot weather. Now I see some lighter weight microfiber ones that I must try.

Meanwhile I bought a fantastic Ralph Lauren microfiber black belted trench coat for a trip to NYC in December of 2002. It was great, but I haven't worn it since. Got to go somewhere outside of Florida during the winter just so I can wear it again!!
