Meridiana Airlines

has anyone flown from Florence to Palermo on Meridiana Airlines. I have tried to contact Meridiana with e-mail and snail mail. They do not respond. Any suggestions.

I haven't flown that route, but I've flown Meridiana from Sardinia to Sicily. It was an e-ticket. All I needed at the airport was the reservation code (codici di prenotazione) which they e-mailed to me.

Try calling their UK phone number:

Tel. 0845 355 5588

They also list their Italian phone number and times to call:

39 0789 52 682  from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. (GMT+1)

Good luck

We flew Meridiana from Florence to london and really liked this airline. All the seats were leather and they served a nice meal on the two hour flight. They were a little hard to communicate with but I would definitely fly with them again. Good luck!

Is there any place/website to find out where they fly and times in English? I cannot seem to get out of their Italian website where they fly.......my daughter is spending the semester in Sicily and wants to go on some cheap weekends so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where in Sicily? They fly out of Catania and Palermo. Had no problem bringing up flights at www.meridiana.it/en/index.html (it's the english version of the site). Pick the Italian names, of course (Firenze not Florence etc)., and the dates in dd/mm/yyyy format as it is stipulated.

Go to this url:

http://www.meridiana.it/IG/index.aspx

On the Meridiana home page, at the very top right hand corner, you'll see a pull down menu (Italian/English) to get to the English pages.

Thanks for the info-I made the mistake of going to the AOL page search and trying to get the official airline website so that is why I could only get it in Italian. Scuzi.........
