Jeff, if you want to start a thread on "what kind of vehicles do you drive when you're not in Europe," you will probably get plenty of response. Personally, I won't bother to read it, since cars aren't of much interest to me. I certainly won't take the trouble to post on it just to complain that it isn't travel-related.
If I really objected for some reason to the topic of a thread I would write to the editors, because that's the only way you're going to get any results.

I don't object to the topic of this thread at all, I know some people have only their pets as family and treat them as such. I was only saying this thread should have been posted in the "other topics" board. I guess now I was wrong to say anything about it. Sorry to all the people I offened with my opinion. Please tell us what you got

I have a beautiful long haired, brindled, mixed breed little girl that I found in the middle of the road. We named her Kefi (greek meaning to be full of joy). I'm also the proud parent of a 10 year pit bull named Duran. But the true love of my life (my husband would even agree) is my 29 year old retired show horse I've had him since I was 14 and he was 13. We spent many years travelling all over eastern Canada to compete in hunter competitions. I miss so much him now that he lives on my parents farm and I live in the States but I spoke to him yesterday on the phone and I know he understood every word I said.
