Madrid T4 to atocha - timing

Hello !
We will arrive at Barajas T4 (from schengen , with baggage) at 10:10h and would like to take the alvia train to cádiz at 1205. Is this realistic (taking taxi or cercancias) ? Last time in Madrid we didn't wait long for luggage..

The next direct train would only be in the late afternoon and the next ave with (10minutes - so also à bit of stress...) connection in Sevilla at 1400.

Is it possible to buy a flexible ticket for alvia and change to ave at 14pm in case we miss thé alvia at 1205?
Thanks in avance !

Metro is not worth it with the bus service.
Flexible tickets are no longer available.

2 hours might be a squeeze. if there is a flight delay or traffic delays. Maybe even a baggage handlers sick. One is on going at the moment. Certain days at certain airports.

Thank you.
According to renfe there are différent options of flexible tickets, also described in your link (elgie, puente...) . I only dont see an explanation if it is possible to change direct alvia train to ave/ir with changé in Sevilla..

Read the website carefully. The following states that the flexible ticket is no longer available. That was a special ticket you could have purchased.I assumed you was referring to that.

The following states which tickets maybe exchanged. Sometimes this will occur penalties and it is not flexible in the way the old ticket was. You cannot change destination.
