Yes, Lufthansa Business Class ticket entitles one to the LH Biz Class (Senator Lounge)
The one in JFK is ok - nothing special, but drinks, cookies, etc and some quiet.
The only one I've used in FRA is waiting for domestic connections - again, nothing special, but they do have showers, drinks. A little more croweded than JFK but a place to hang out while waiting.

Lufthansa has two adjacent lounges - one for business class passengers and another one for first class passengers (Senator lounge). The business class lounge has comfortable chairs, computer sockets, newspapers, tv, drinks (soft drinks, wine, beer, sparkling wine), peanuts and apples.

I second traveller1959's evaluation of the lounges. No showers in the FRA Business Class Lounge, but they also have "Gummibaeren"
No complimentary access to the Senator Lounges which are more comfortable, unless such staus has been acquired.

I stand corrected on bus vs Senator (1st class) lounges - they are different.
I do know first hand that the Business class lounge, level 2 / term A in FRA does have showers (Arr from US, continuing on domestic Schengen flights).
