Lucera or Foggia

I will be driving from Ascoli Piceno to Martina Franca in October. I know this is a long drive (I did it in May), and I am looking for someplace to stop for a few hours for lunch. I was trying to get information on Lucera, but am not having much luck. Was also considering Trani, or anyplace north of Bari. Any thoughts?

If you go to www.slowfood.it, you will find three recommendations (in Italian)for restaurants in Foggia. I have generally found that the SlowFood recommendations are good.

Your title says "Lucera or Foggia"; your text says Lucera or Trani. I only looked for Lucera (nothing) and Foggia.
