Can't help you on that one, but if you are desperate and have no personal recs, the Paris Tourism Office has a section with official guides registered with them. Here is one who is dual French/English citizen and says she does a couple hour Louvre tour:

Not sure if you're looking for more than this, but a couple years ago I found a very good guide on the Louvre's website ... directed us to most of the major pieces, and gave historical info. I printed it and brought it along. I think it was about 15 pages, not completely sure on that, though.

We used Michael Osman for a tour of the city in December 2006. We have also recommended him to a few friends who also had great tours with him in the past couple of years. Louvre is on the list.

I loved the tour I took with Aeon Tours (www.AeonTours.com).
