I was very pleased with the service from cruiseprofessionals.com
They are based in Canada, but in no way did that hamper the service we received. Do a google first to get some info.
PS We had to cancel our first booking on the QM2 and the agency rebooked us, redid the hotels, etc., etc. with no problems whatsoever.

I'm not a fan of big ships...QM2 was my husbnad's thing. But it was lovely. The agent got us a better cabin than I had found originally working on my own.
There is so much to do on the ship that it is mind boggling. Food was pretty good. The food court on the 7th deck was a pain.. lots of complaints from others re layout...* but once I found the Italian rest. we had a supply of the best desserts ever!! Husband pulled a back muscle somehow and treatment in the ship's medical facility was top notch. He also had acupuncture in the spa... a lovely facility.
Our crossing was very smooth, I actually sat out on the balcony a few days.
I selected the hotels we stayed in in London and Paris, but the agent arranged all the reservations. Also, she reserved transportation by car service to London and arranged tickets on the Eurostar from London to Paris.(And plane tickets home.)
We had a wonderful trip. Normally, I'd probably have done all the arrangements myself... but finding this particular agency made it a walk in the park. (Especially when we had to cancel initially.)
* I've heard there may be alterations in this area.

Thanks, thinking of treating my parents as a thank you. And your feedback is helpful.
