Has anyone had any experience with this agency? it looks very good. they have a lot of great sounding B and B homes and the prices are reasonable. I am always looking for personal experiences, however! Thanks.

We used them a couple of years ago. We rented 3 bedrooms & one bath in a very nice Victorian home in Chiswick for 111 GBP per night, excellent deal. Had the whole floor to ourselves. Everything went very smoothly and we still get their newsletters.

While I didn't ultimately end up booking with them, I received prompt, polite emails in response to my queries and wouldn't hesitate to book with them in future.
