That's what I thought too, until I started looking and getting quotes. After checking about 10 3* hotels, the lowest quote for a double (including the cash discount) was 75 Euros - $109. The ones that look much more appealing (with better reviews) are coming in around 100 Euros - which is $146 this morning.

I dreamed about them last night - woke up and was in a panic because I dreamed I was stuck in a spiral staircase! I guess I'll give it a rest today... It will all work out - always does.

did you try Sari Konak Hotel? Or Apricot? or fehmi bey? I'm going to stay in Sari Konak. Aren't some of the roof top restaurants enclosed and heated in the winter?
