Looking for a hotel near Milan Airport

.We need a hotel near Milan Airport to stay the night before our departure. Nothing fancy, just a nice room. Thanks

We have reservations at Hotel Villa Malpensa. My husband has stayed there and says that it is very convenient to the airport with good shuttle service.
Good Luck

Do a search here for Malpensa hotels. While the Villa Malpensa is very nice, there are several cheaper options. The last time we stayed at the Villa Malpensa (Oct. 2003), we paid about 170-175 euros which at the current exchange rate is pretty expensive for what you get.

We have reservations next week at First Hotel - they provide a shuttle to and from the terminals at convenient times (the Villa Malpensa shuttle doesn't have hours that fit our needs). You might check it out...

KNP, are you going out of Malpensa or Linate?

We stayed at Hotel Cervo once -- I can't recommend it. Even though it is very close to Malpensa, it is overpriced with small rooms. The worst part was that the rooms were filled with mosquitos when we checked in. We had to go around, smacking the walls for 10 mins. before we went to sleep! I would look into other options.
