Ah, The Rose sounds great. Though I don't usually fancy a burger for a break from French, Asian does sound good. I usually do take-out, but that gets old before you even get home. Not to mention messy in a hotel room...
A few years ago, we ate with Parisian friends in a place decorated in a New York theme. It is amusing to see the French "do" American. They were so proud and wanted to show it off! Food was actually quite good. It's in Pudlo, but I don't remember the name off hand.
I do know BIA is owned by a guy from CT. (Yes, I did look at the website and mark it on my map...just in case!)

I've always felt that the best Paris breakfast is coffee from wherever you can get it, fruit from one of the many street markets (you can find one open every day but Monday - buy the day before you eat) and pastry from a nearby shop.
We take it back to the hotel and eat there -- wonderful!!
Here is a site that will help:

There are other sites as well.

Here is some info on the mosque..
Muslim Restaurant de la Mosquée de Paris (tel. 01-43-31-18-14). The restaurant adjoins the courtyard of the mosque and is open daily from noon to 3pm and 7 to 10:30pm.
