London Walk

I've heard about London Walk? Is there any website that I can learn more about it? Is it fee or free? Is it worth taking the tour?

There are many walks to choose from and you'll find something for every interest. I've done about 7 of these walks now and I have enjoyed all of them. If you think you will take more than 2 walks, I recommend buying the discount card from the guide.

www.walks.com is the website of The Original London Walks. That's the one you want to check out, not that other website.

The Original London Walks are good value- 1-2 hours with a knowledgeable guide. It used to be 5 pounds, payable to the guide when you meet up, usually at a Tube station.

Original London Walks is very good - but there are MANY other walks in London. (OLW is owned by an American which might in part explain its popularity here). If you buy a copy of Time Out when you arrive in London you will find listings for lots of walks.

Don't get me wrong - most Original London Walks are really enjoyable and well done, and you should check out the website. But you don't have to limit yourself to just what they offer.

The walks are now 6 pounds, but if you plan to do more than one, it's worthwhile to buy a disocunt card for 1 pound, then you get a pound off each walk.
