Would appreciate any input on the car service, Just Airports, in London. My husband and I will be needing transportation from our Kensington area hotel to Heathrow. We are active senior citizens, but would preferably not wish to use the tube to ride out to the airport. Thanks.

justairports.com has been around for years and is very well known. They are, if not the cheapest, among the cheapest car services. I've used them probably 20+ times in the last 10 years. I book them whenever I don't plan on using the tube to or from LHR.

I used them in 2016 and they were courteous and on time both to and from the airport.

A long customs line coming into England delayed me a lot and I had to pay a bit extra for parking. So, when you set up your times, allow plenty of time to go through customs, use the loo, use the ATM, etc.

That shouldn't be an issue for the OP since they apparently are only using a car service to LHR.

There are never long customs lines coming into the U.K., you mean long immigration lines.

Another repeat customer. We sometimes rent flats and have early-ish flights out of LHR. JustAirports.com is always waiting outside and calls our cell if we're not out there waiting. We book ahead.

Have probably used them 15-20 times. Would use them again. Sometimes need to email them if they do not respond right away but they have always been otherwise reliable.
