London and Bath apartment
Can anyone recommend a company which offers apartment rentals in London and Bath? I will be traveling with friends in Sept 2017 and want to split our time between the two cities. As our stay will probably not be a full week in either city I was looking for a rental company which might agree to a lease splitting our stay.
We need three to four bedrooms and at least two baths.
Thank you.

4 bdrm flats are relatively rare but there are some. But there are many 3 bdrm flats all over London. Most 3 bdrm flats are set up to sleep 8 w/ a sofa sleeper. However -- Two 2 bdrm flats will give you more space for that many people..

Not quite sure what this means -- are you looking for a company that rents in both London an Bath? IMO/IME that would not be necessary. The majority of city apartments, as opposed to country cottages, rent by the night, not by the full week. Some will have a 3 night minimum but very few have a 7 night requirement (Unfortunately one of my go-to sources DOES require a week's booking - but will rent for shorter periods if there are openings between longer lets)

September is one of our favorite times in London. Be sure and check out the events at the Thames Festival---there is lots going on.
We had a lovely apartment for three weeks last May but unfortunately only two bedrooms. and I do not have any ideas for a larger one! but I wonder if the new apartments down by Vauxhall Bridge ( and MI 16) might include larger ones? Otherwise, the suggestion of two 2- bdr. Apartments in the same building might work. A serviced apartment company should have there. We looked seriously at Go Native---they have several buildings in the areas we like, all with multiple units in the building.

Thank you. I had not heard of Go Native. By combining our apartment syas in France this past spring I was able to get a very good deal. Better than leasing the two aprtments seperately. At one time Farnum and Crist did a pair offering but no longer.
i appreciate the help.

We're staying at a three bedroom/two bathroom apartment at Vancouver Studios next June. It's a garden apartment and looks very nice, well reviewed too.

Vancouver Studios might not be a location the OP is looking for.
Check out One Fine Stay https://www.onefinestay.com/
Very nice flats all over the city - mostly pretty upscale but good value for what you get.

Actually that Vancouver Studios is not bad at all. It's a nice residential area. Very close to Westbourne Grove, which has lots of restaurants and shops. Hereford Road has nice pubs and reasonably priced local restaurants. You're close to Bayswater and Queensway station.
The 3-bed apartment is 350 pounds, which is reasonable.

Try www.housetrip.co - it has worked for us on several continents. It's a fairly new company, recently bought up by Tripadvisor but still operating under housetrip.com
And if Bath itself is too pricey (hey, no wonder...) look for something a bit outside, can make a world of difference.

Tulips and I have had this '<i>discussion</i>' in the past
That would be a lovely area to live -- but for a first timer and for a mainly sightseeing-centric trip, Westbourne Grove wouldn't be my 1st, 2nd, 5th choice.
Just IMO.
