Loch Ness Cruise

Zoya - this goes back 22 years, but at the time, we just went to the waterway, and found several cruise boats tied up, all available for hire. I remember having something like an hour's wait before they were scheduled to leave, but we never got reservations, just walked over to the boat and bought tickets. Maybe it's the same way now?

in '99 i stayed at a hostel within a 25-minute walking distance of Urquhart Castle(called the Loch Ness Backpackers Lodge, 01456-450807). they offered boat trips for around 4 pounds. i couldn't afford it at the time, which i dearly regret. the hostel was nice and cheap.
