Location of Hotel Regno in Rome?
Anyone know exactly where the Hotel Regno is located on the Via del Corso (i.e. nearby cross streets)? I have tried looking up the address on various online maping sites, but get a different result each time so am kind of confused as to how to get there. I would also like to know the cloest metro station.

Via del Corso is a nice, central street and an excellent location for walking to all the major sites, piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, the Roman Forum etc.., I normally dont take the metro in Rome, I rather walk ,but I believe that the closest is near Piazza di Spagna or Piazza Barberini . I dont know Hotel Regno, must be a new hotel...

www.atac.roma.it/ click-on the English flag and then "Find Address".
It shows the hotel halfway between the Piazza di Popolo and the 1st cross street which is Via Angelo Brunetti on one side and Via d. Fontanella on the other.
The A Line Flamino Metro station is the closest ~300M but buses will be your best bet. Pick-up a "Roma Metro-Bus" map in Rome for bus routes and numbers. Regards, Walter

This is my problem. I did look on the www.atac.roma.it/ website as well as a couple of others including this italian website http://tuttocitta.virgilio.it/tcol/home.jsp, but they all place the Hotel Regno at different points on the Via Del Corso. I was hoping someone who had actually stayed there would remember where it was.
