Lisbon Lodging suggestions
My wife and I will be in Portugal for about 10 days beginning April 23, 2023. We'll be flying into Lisbon and plan to stay there for 5 or 6 days. We have a total of 16 days to split between Portugal and Spain before we travel to Florence on May 9. We are looking specifically for a place to stay that has a hot tub to use. Traveling has been typically hard on us and the use of a hot tub has made a big difference on our ability to enjoy sight seeing without the sore muscles. Is there anyone who can recommend a place to stay that has this amenity that is in a good location of Lisbon or the surrounding area that has decent access to the local attractions? We want to be close to the sights but not in an area that is too loud or busy at night. We would also be open to being on the outskirts of town.
I believe we will end up leaving through Porto at the end of our stay so we are looking for the same type of accommodations there. Finally, does anyone know if there are areas in Porto to avoid because of the recent flood?
Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I had read these, but they sometimes don't list the hot tub amenity. When using Booking.com or AIRbnb, the spa is an option, but spa is different than hot tub. often when you check the hot tub option (if it is listed) they offer Spa services. Spa generally refers to massage type options, not simply a jacussi of hot tub. Thus the confusion. I was hoping to find someone who has actually taken advantage of a facility with a hot tub, not spa services. I have looked at lots of places that say "spa" but when you look, few have the hot tub we are looking for. The filtering seems to be limited on how effective it is on this one. We would greatly appreciate anyone with experience on this who has stayed at a place that has either a hot tub (usually by the pool) or an indoor jacussi in the room.
Thanks

No hot tub in any room at the Avenida Palace, As MoBro states, that is really a big ask to find an in room hot tub, that I don’t think you are going to find. The closest would be a spa that has a jacuzzi that you can use free of charge.
The outdoor pools, such as the one at the 5-star Tivoli or Palácio Anunciada are seasonal. I don’t recall a jacuzzi next to them.

We would be happy to find a spa that had a Jacuzzi. That would work well. Still searching. Looking at the Luster Hotel. Anyone stayed there? On Booking.com it says the Jacuzzi is out of service. I sent an email to the hotel inquiring about this. Thanks for the feedback so far.

Bingo! Thanks to skatedancer. The Corpo Santo Hotel, in the Baixa, yes, indeed has a Jacuzzi open from 8 am until 11 pm. A great hotel that offers lots of extras like a free walking tour, snacks, a massage, free mini bar, etc.
