Lisbon - Day trips/Tours
My wife and I will be in Lisbon in early April for 6 days. Currently we have scheduled a 3 hour walking tour of Lisbon for one day; and have a full
day tour going to Simtra-Cascais for another day. Looking for recommendations on other tours (especially get out of Lisbon); that other have
taken and enjoyed. And any unique tours inside of Lisbon. Also; are there possibly all day tours with a guide and likely some mini-van where you might
share expense with another couple and go to areas that might not be a typical tour; but get to see the countryside/people a little.

Sesimbra is a very pleasant seaside resort/fishing village about 30 miles from Lisbon. I believe there is public transportation there.
Evora is an interesting very old small city located less than 2 hours due east of Lisbon in the flat Alentejo region . It can be reached by public transportation.
I would suspect there are tours available to these places.

Check out Maureen Ferguson at grapeolivepig.com . Her half day market shopping followed by cooking and sharing a meal was a highlight of my Lisbon visit. She also did an all day tour to some Alentejo wineries that was marvelous.
