Lisbon Portugal

You don't need a tour, especially not at $100/pp. Public transport is excellent.
Possible day trips: Sintra/Cascais/Estoril, Obidos, Evora.
But there is a great deal to see in Lisbon itself, including in Belem. Click on my name for my Lisbon TR.

As noted, most places in Lisbon can be seen by public transportation, bus or commuter train, or by taxi (inexpensive, even to Sintra).
There are some advantges to taking a tour, which you might enjoy. Check out: Lisboa Sightseeing (Portugal tours. Lisbon tours. Porto tours.
