LHR connection question

Considering connecting LHR with US flight arriving 0655 terminal 2 and connecting to BA flight terminal 5 at 1030 on separate tickets. Risky?

Separate tickets are ALWAYS risky. The times for this connection are more than adequate IF you land on time. If your flight is delayed though all bets are off.
