Le Bistro Paul Bert Web Site??
Does anyone know if Le Bistro Paul Bert in the 11th has a web site? I have found plenty of reviews for this bistro but no official web site. I was hoping someone out there might know of one. Thank you again....

I once tried once to find the website. No luck. I thought you'd enjoy this review in our local paper. I love the photo!

They don't have one -- at least, if they did, they'd probably list it officially with their address listing, and they didn't.
Most bistros in Paris don't have their own websites. The main ones that do are chains or at least some company that owns more than one site.

Beware if you do a web search -- Paul Bert is an extremely common name for cafés all over France.
Strangely enough, he had absolutely nothing to do with cafés. He was a scientist and politician, and he died in Hanoi in 1886.
He discovered the problem of "the bends." (decompression for divers)
