Late Night Rome Airport Pickup

We will be a group of 4 arriving at Fiumicino Airport at 11pm from Brussels. I have checked the times of last trains and I think it will be cutting it very fine to expect to take the train from the airport to our accommodation in central Rome. I have also checked bus times. We have had experience of taking taxis from Rome airport before but I think this time I would like the security of knowing we have a car organised. Our hotel can organise pickup at 78 euros and I have checked a limousine website for their price - about 65 euros. Can anyone recommend a company they have used previously, and were satisfied with, please? Many thanks for any tips. Clara

Just to confirm your thoughts about the train servicve..the last train runs to Termini at 11:37 PM so I would agree you'd be cutting that close. I've always used the hotel car to pick us up in Rome and sorry I cannot recommend an alternative but I am certain someone will post here later today with the answer you need.

limoservicerome is great! Andrea will arrange your transportation for you, and send you a confirmation e-mail. He will also give you a quotation first, if that's what you request.

Buon Viaggio,

Ditto on limoservice.com. Used them for pick up to and from the airport, one which was at 5:30am in the morning. They were on time and very professional. Would use them again.

And another vote for limoservicerome...

www.limoservicerom.com

email:
[email protected]

send email to the attention of Andrea...He takes about 24 hrs to get back to you with a quote and he is super reasonable...

Extrememly reliable car service..
Tell him how many people so he can have the correct size car....We were going on a cruise and had a lot of luggage-He picked us up in a Mercedes Station Wagon with an English speaking driver and took us right to our hotel...

They even waited outside the CUSTOMS HALL for us for over 2 hrs as our flight was late from London...

DEFINITELY reccommend this car service!!

Another satisfied customer. Last year we had a late arrival in Rome and, as you, wanted reliable, safe transportation from the airport. As noted above, LimoService Rome was wonderful to deal with, sending prompt e-mails and confirmation of our request. When we arrived, there was our driver, holding a sign with our name on it, and we were comfortably driven to our hotel.

Andrea even sent an e-mail after we arrived home, asking if we were satisfied with the service. You can't ask for better service or more concern than that.

We had a 7 AM flight from FCO and used www.airportshuttle.it which was suggested to us by the nuns at Fraterna Domus. We paid 38 euro, which included a 30% surcharge for early morn or late evening pickups. We were extremely pleased with their service and personnel and would certainly recommend them and use them again.
