Hi! I checked out the Vendodome in St. Germain on 123france.com. The one thing is that it doesn't have ac. I posted a question about ac a few days ago. The overwhelming response is that even though the temperatures may feel cool or comfortable, you still want it because of street noise and also to keep air from being stagnant. This kind of helped me because I am looking for hotels that are around 100 euros and the ones without ac have great prices. Just take this into consideration before booking.

Have you tried Hotel Residence Monge? We stayed there last year during the heatwave, our double room was 78 euros,had a/c. Staff very pleasant, location is excellent.

the Bonaparte has a/c, great location, is close to being in the price range
