Thanks for the replies...I wear an underwire bra normally so after about 6 hours on the go, I am pulling on it big time...and speaking of big - you really, really wouldn't want me to ditch the bra halfway thru the trip. Trust me on that one!

Amen to that! Not wear one? Take it OFF??? Don't THINK so! That would not be so lovely!
P.S. Does anyone who's responded to this thread SERIOUSLY think the male posters on this board (and all the male lurkers who don't post)aren't reading this for the "titillating" factor???

I'm not saying everyone should, but those of us who have the luxury of being built a certain way can go without at times with concealing fabric
I often wear one not because I want to but because the fabrics are so thin as well as bras and when you have very pronounced nipples, they show through, My French Friends do not mind that but I'm unconfortable, so it depends what I'm wearing. I do wear a sports bra when I run.

I sometimes envy those of you who can go without a bra...sometimes 8=
I agree with the Travelsmith / coolmax recommendation... they offer several options. And don't go with the traditional (compression) sports bra... most won't dry quickly, they're pretty thick--- but then again, they've come a long way in recent years, so you might find a low-grade support one you like.

Oh dea, as a 38DD I never even thought about those awful uniboob jobs when I mentioned to use what you wear to the gym! Yes I was referring to Champion brand or similar, cut like regular bras, underwire, fastens in back, comes in cup sizes, but are made of fabrics meant to deal with sweat. Lace underwires is another good suggestion, Wacol is pricey but a great fit. And I won't even go there about the "take your bra off" idea... definitely not an option for some of us.

I don't have a bra size, 'cause I don't wear one...haven't in years. One of the perks of being small.
O.K., now you might not believe this, but if I've ever been worried about my nipples sticking out, I do one of 2 things...wear a camisole or use bandaids over them!

Hey I was driven to reveal it (!) by the woman who suggested we take off our bras... Although it would not be a secret to anyone who met me in person. Believe me, I'm jealous of those who can do without.
