La Calcina - Venice

I emailed La Calcina about 3 weeks ago, and again a couple of days ago. They have not responded. Anyone had this problem?

That is often a clue that a hotel is full on those dates, and too busy to respond. I see you are going in August; it is indeed very likely they are full. Do you have alternate choices?
