Since none of the local universities discovered a cure for cancer yesterday, there wasn't a returning corpse from Afghanistan, no idiot had thropwn himself under a train and no local council was cutting anything new, last night was an exceptionally quiet news day on Flannercountry TV. So this was the lead story on the regional TV news.
Turns out that three quarters of the tourists on the first tour were foreign TV news crews interviewing each other. Interest among real citizens in the bike sheds where KM had her first snog is, apparently, less than whelming.
