Jeans, shirt, and tie is about as naff as you can get. If one looks at spring/summer collections for 2006 it's all about casual during the daytime. It's cafe scene, beach party scene etc. etc.
Jeans and a t-shirt is infinitely more stylish than a shirt, tie, and, er, jeans - vile!
