Ireland - B&B in Skibbereen or Schull?

We want to spend 2 nights (we’ll have 2 full days) in SW Cork to explore Sheep’s Head and Mizen Head peninsulas.

Please help me decide where to stay:
PK Lodge in Skibbereen
Corthna Lodge in Schull
Grove House in Schull
Somewhere else in the area?

We’ll be there in August, and I’m more attracted by Schull, because of the potential water view. Thanks

Ouch,
Need a spellcheck on this board for people like me...

That was supposed to be: "If you had to pick one, which one would it be?"

If the object is to see Mizen and Sheep's Head, I would take a good, hard look at Durrus.
We rented a stone cottage on the Sheep's Head for a week, last April.
Here's a link to my trip report:

Or you could stay in Baltimore. Beautiful little fishing village.

I am with Bill on this one. Baltimore, 20 minutes south of Skibbereen is my favorite spot in Ireland Lovely village, boat rides out to Cape Clear and Sherkin Islands. Three Pubs within 200 feet and you sit out on a square overlooking a beautiful unspoiled harbour. Once again I will spend 20 day there in June. Fastnest house the best B&B and almost right on the square. The village has a website. Easy drive to both Sheepshead and Mizenhead. Have fun

JOHNOD had a typo there. It's Fastnet, not Fastnest.
