Well, second try worked, at least the Europe portion. But it wasn't worth it. "Our dumb world" indeed.

The Onion purports to be the "new" National Lampoon, but while they do their best to shock, I don't find them all that funny. The old Lampoon of my college days would never pass today's PC tests. That stuff was very very rude and hilarious.

My current high school students and younger friends think The Onion is the funniest thing in the world. A different generation I guess.
