To post a link, go to the page you want to link to, copy the URL from the browser address bar, and paste it into your post.

jgarvey - To copy a link:
Open the page, place your cursor on teh browser url and single click. This will highlight the url (turn it blue). While it's highlighted, select the control key (lower left corner of your keyboard - ctrl) and at the same time the c key (ctrl + c). Then go to where you want to copy the link and place your cursor. This time click ctrl+v and your link will be pasted.
