Inexpensive hotel in Santa Margherita Ligure?

We were wanting to stay here and travel out to Cinque Terre and Portifino but it seems the accommodation is more expensive than other places. Does anyone know of a moderately priced hotel or B&B in Santa Margarita Ligure or alternatively another town close by which would be suitable to see the general area? Many thanks.

I always stay in Hotel Jolanda and will be there May 28-31. The rate is 124€ for a double which with our awful exchange rate is not so inexpensive.

We've stayed at Hotel Fasce in 2001 and 2005, and we're staying there again this September. We like it a lot; very clean and a great breakfast, even bacon and eggs if you want them.
If you stay 3 days or more they give you RT tickets to CT. They also have bikes if you want to use them.

As stated before, about 108 Euros/night and well worth it.
