If strike, how to get bellagio

If there is a strike in Italy. How difficult will it be to hire a car to take me to Bellagio and how expensive. I hope to take the train but is this an option if the trains are on strike? Thank you for you help.

And where would you be coming from on your way to Bellagio? Naples, Rome, Milan, Paris, Stockholm or Moscow?

zzzzzzzzzz,<BR> Why not rent a car in France and drive to Bellagio. Cars are much cheaper to lease in France. The drive from Chamonix is only about 3 hours.
