<BR>My wife and I saw the lead singer of Jamiroquai, Jay Kay, at the Viewbar in the Home club in Leicester Square. <BR> <BR>We even went over to talk to him and he hung around with us for about 10 minutes before he was on his celebrity way. <BR> <BR>And no, Denise van Outen was no where insight (his now ex-girlfriend) <BR> <BR>Joseph

hahahahaha <BR> <BR>sting lives nearby me and his wife shops at the same places like i do. if they pay attention, they can see me and how i spend my money and if they ask me friendly i even give them an autograph. the same i would give to george clooney the next time he want to touch my dog (he was a guest at sting's home). <BR> <BR> <BR>christina

I've seen celebrities on my travels on two occassions. However it was here in the U.S. not in Europe. <BR> <BR>The first was Oprah, if I remember correctly it was 1995 at the Orlando, Fla. airport. She had a whole studio audience with her. I believe she had taken them to Disneyworld. There was tons of photographers, and cameras, and reporters from all media around Oprah. It looked like a circus. The event was being filmed for her show. <BR> <BR>The second "celebrity sighting" occurred at the National Air and Space Museum in Washington D.C. in February 2000. I had gone down the escalators to the gift shop when I saw some people running, whispering, and pointing towards the registers. There in front of me about 30 feet or so, was Meg Ryan, Dennis Quaid, a boy, and a girl in her early twenties (maybe the nanny?). I quickly pulled out my camera, turned off the flash, and hid behind a display case and took two pics without them seeing me. I know, I know, that was a little crazy, and I would never think I'd do this again, but the instinct to do so hit me without warning! Anyway, I went up the escalators to tell my friends, but before I was able to I saw them coming. They walked right in front of us. My friend asked for an autograph from Meg Ryan, but before she could answer, Dennis Quaid gave him a big flat "NO" and waved him aside. Meg did not even bother to look at us. We saw them walk away, and thought it strange that they walked about fifteen feet apart from each other with Dennis in front. About a month later it came out in the media that they had separated. By the way, Meg is very thin and tall. She was wearing jeans, leather jacket, dark shades, and as per usual her hair was all messed up.
