It's been several years, but we just showed up at Taittinger and requested the next English speaking tour.
They had been closed for lunch and we were one of the first people in after they reopened - we had to wait maybe 15 minutes for the tour to start.

Why do you think you need a reservation? The website says just show up about 10 minutes before it starts. I haven't been to that one, but on the wine cellar tours I've been on, there really wasn't any kind of problem with capacity limitation. I'm sure if you needed a reservation it would say so on the website.

Okay, thank you very much for the replies. I tried getting a tour with Renuit (?) and they were already booked for a date in April except for a 10am tour, which is when my train arrives. I was worried if I didn't get reservations soon I'd lose out.
