How to get to Prague?
We are trying to visit Prague, Budapest, Vienna. Right now we can use frequent flyer points (Delta), business class, and get to Frankfurt (from Dallas). Yet, I don't know if it is feasible to visit these cities from there. Considered renting a car, train, air is high. Is this impossible, or does anyone have a suggestion?
For those who have travelled to any of the three of these cities--what was your connection, or did you fly directly there? Sounds simple, but it has beome a nightmare--thanks for any advice!

As you say, you can cons8Ider trains, so I looked them up. The reference library of a city hear you may have the Thomas Cook European Rail Timetable. The January issue shows second class one way fares and daytime journey lengths thus
Frankfurt to Prague 72 euros 8 hours
Prague to Budapest 101 euros 7 hours
Budapest to Vienna 35 euros 3 hours
Vienna to Frankfurt 100 euros 7 ½ hours
Day trips that take 7 to 8 hours are paralleled by night trains that take 8 to 9 hours. You need a sleeper, at a supplement of 45 euros in a three-berth compartment, 100 euros in a two berth compartment, or 120 in a single.
