Probably is...looks like the Paris direct service leaves from Gare de Lyon..some TGV services stop there...otherwise you may have to change in Dijon.

If you want to see Dijon, Beaune and other charming towns along the way during a day trip, you can rent a car for one day for the price of roundtrip rail. If you don't want to drive in the city, take the metro or RER out to a rental office on the outskirts of Paris. Very doable in a long day (7am-10pm).

Paris Gare de Lyon to Beaune, change trains in Dijon. Total journey time: about 2 hrs 10 min. using high speed train between Paris & Dijon (reservation obligatory).
