hotels in Florence/Tuscany, Cinque Terra, and Rome

Okay, I got a good amount of responses on my last question, but none answered my initial question. Any good hotels that are in a good area and are clean for 3 adults around 150-200 euro? Thanks for the suggestions.

Check my recent reply to a post about hotels in Florence. We are 2 adults, however, but you still might want to look into these. We are booked for Sept. at Hotel Pendini. It is 150EU - here is their website: www.florenceitaly.net We are also staying 5 nights in Montalcino for 150EU at the Hotel Vecchia Oliviera. It looked very nice on their website & was recommended by bobthenavigator. Gook Luck!

We love the Hotel Villa Steno in Monterosso.
A double room with a view and balcony is 125-135€.

The hotel is very simple, but clean and charming with very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast, A/C, television, hairdryer, and private bath are included.
