Hotels in Florence

Anyone have any suggestions on hotels in city centre in Florence? The price can be anything up to 200 Euros per night. Also, does anyone know if these hotels in Florence carry television stations from the US, specifically ESPN?

go to venere.com How long are you staying? I stayed in the center last November found it an easy walk but will consider San Spirito next time, more residentual.

Goodmorning, have in past years used the HOTEL CONTINENTAL, a four star located at the north end of the Ponte Vecchio, however last November choose
the HJOTEL TORRE GUELFA, Apostoli 8, which is located about a half block from the Ponte Vecchio on a small side street. This hotel has 21 units along with one very special one # 15 which is the most upper room of the hotel with a huge private terrace with views
of Firenze from two sides. Should be very close to your price range, however did not recall ESPN on their
tv's.Richard of LaGrange Park, IL

In December, we're staying at a B&B around the corner from the Piazza Della Signoria called http://www.inpiazzadellasignoria.com/

It is beautiful and gets rave reviews on tripadvisor. It's also featured on www.i-escape.com

For a few more Euros (not much more) you can stay at Il Guelfo Bianco, a wonderful hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious and charming, and terrific staff

Last weekend I stayed at the Hotel Pierre on via de' Lamberti. The location couldn't have been better, right between Piazza della Repubblica & Piazza della Signoria. It's a 4* with a bar in the lobby, room service, and a breakfast buffet.

Buon Viaggio,
BC
