Hotels and Time

Any opinion for a first time visitor staying six days, any opinions on Hotel Hammamfane, Story Hotel or the location of each?

And when the East Coast of the US is on standard time, what is the time difference with Istanbul..Google did not clarify.

many thanks!

I don't know those hotels, but can say that I am glad I stayed in Sultanahmet. There were some very nice restaurants there and I loved being able to see the Ayasofya and Blue Mosque at night.

I can answer my own question. When US east coast is on standard time, Istanbul is 8 hours ahead.

Pera was a great place to stay. For a week long trip.

if your stay is under four days, .sultanahmet.
