Hotel Verneuil Paris-Deluxe Double Room

Hello,

I have a booked a Deluxe Dble. room with a extra bed at the Hotel Verneuil in Paris this August. I know these rooms are small.

There are three of us. My question to those of you who have stayed there is, can we comfortably fit an extra rollaway bed in a deluxe double room or should I book two rooms?

Merci.

I'm not sure about the deluxe double. We stayed in the standard double, and it was quite small. Are you three adults, or 2 adults and a child? Will you spend much time in the room? Hopefully someone can tell you about the deluxe, or you can ask the owner, Sylvie de Lattre, in an email. She will give you an honest answer.

My aunt & I stayed at the Verneuil this past February. I reserved a dlx. double room for my aunt and I took a regular double. The regular double is smaller than small. Judging from the space in the dlx. double room another bed can fit but there won't be alot of room left. There will be enough to walk around though.

Since you're 3 adults then it may be better to get two deluxe doubles or one standard double (for yourself) & one deluxe double for your daughters to share.

Or find a hotel that offers a triple.

Yes, I have looked for a hotel with a triple, the price is high and the Hotel Verneuil looks so lovely.

It really is lovely. If it were myself, my sister & my mother, we would probably book only one room & then splurge on food/wine during the trip. But I usually don't spend a lot of time in the room.

The Verneuil has a nice sitting room across from reception where you can take your tea or wine. They have bookshelves crammed with books, and magazines everywhere. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing down here in the late afternoons before venturing out for the evening.
