My sister & I stayed there and liked it. The breakfast room has one of the best views in town. It was clean and pleasant and the staff very informative. I don't know if they are still giving away free mousepads, but I got one and everyone compliments me on it!

Also, if you click on your own user name next to "Author" on this thread, it will pull up all threads on which you've participated since registration.
Now click on your "florence hotels" thread, which received feedback re the Pendini.
In future, it's best to include the city name and/or country in the title of your post, since there are often hotels with the same name in more than one location.

The easiest and cheapest way is to call Florence 011 (U.S. international access code) 39 (Italy's country code) then 055-294-883 8:30-18:30 M-F and 8:30-12:00 Sat. Florence time. You will get an English speaking operator and in 2-3 minutes YOU CAN RESERVE FOR BOTH. This is through the resrvation service at the Uffizi and costs beyond the normal entry fee only about 1.60 euro for the service. This is MUCH cheaper than the commercial booking services.
