We stayed there for 1 night back in 2005 - it was very shabby. Curtains drooping of the curtain rail, bathroom was like a tiny pre-fabricated room just plonked in one corner of the room (water went everywhere), TV did not work and wires were hanging and stretched from one wall to the TV.
Definitely try to book elsewhere.

Sheesh!! For 10 euros less for 2 people you can rent a very nice apartment within 15mins walking distance to Pza. Navona, Pantheon, Campo de'Fiori!!
Look at this place where we stayed the first week of June: http://www.sleepinitaly.com/files/apt_giulia-gold.html
The only thing that I found incorrect on the web site was that it was 50 meters from the Campo. It is more like 500 meters, or half a kilometer, which is about -- what - a third of a mile?
You won't get free breakfast in the apartment, but you can go to a grocery store 2 blocks away and buy all the fixings, and eat breakfast in your jammies, to boot!
