We are looking at spending a little more than we normally would and booking Hôtel Verneuil Saint Germain Paris since it appears to be in a great location for walking to and from the sights. Is the location truly a good one?

IMO a very good location. Walking distance to many major sites, near the river and several metro/RER stations.

We have stayed there several times and the location is great.And lots of good restaurants nearby.We especially like the cafe de paris,good food and nice staff.

Thank you all! We went ahead and booked for this hotel. Avalon2, thanks for the tip on the cafe near by. Would you recommend that we take our breakfast at the hotel or are there good places to grab something close by?
