Hotel Julia in Rome, any other reasonable recommendations in the same area? (Trevi)

They have offered me 150 E per night for a double in late September. Does anyone else have any other reasonable and decent recommendations for this location? Or any input on this particular hotel? I have read a few posts here that comment that it's a decent place.

About 10-15 minute walk from trevi is Albergo del Senato. Their rooms are quite nice and the view of the Pantheon is unbelievable. Their prices are around 200 E per night for a double in late September

Albergo Del Senato is a bit out of my price range, they quoted me 240 E per night.

the julia has been re-furbished since my last visit. i guess they must be paying for it with somewhat higher rates. 150 seems a bit pricey for this hotel. one downside is that one must leave the hotel for a separate (albeit proximate) breakfast area.

on the positive side the location is excellent on a quiet side street about 100 meters from the piazza barberini. there was an excellent trattoria at the end of the via rassela. locals stand in line outside to get a table so definitely reserve.

on the whole, i'd say the plusses outweigh any minuses.

Try Hotel Parlamento, is off Via del Corso, walking distance to the major sights, very clean, modern bathrooms, and Yes ..It has a great AC that actually work!!!! When I go to Rome, I usually stay there ..
