hotel intur palcio san martin, great price!

Just thought i would share what i consider a good price for a great hotel and location this week in madrid at the palacio san martin.

on their website and many others, a double room is going for 65 euros plus tax.

We stayed at this hotel in May and thought it was great for around 100E. It is a total bargain at 65!

I tried to book them for May 2006, but they offered me 163E--which I'll have to pass up. Maybe I'll try again closer to the trip.

yes, i feel fortunate this rate was available for a friend for two nights. this is without breakfast of course.
single or double occupancy.

am hoping to be able to find an excuse to go there myself one day!!!

We booked ours through the hotel's website, but if I'm not mistaken it was also available through Bancotel for two coupons. You might want to check.
