hotel in Brussels for a family of 4

We'll be going through Brussels for a few nights at the end of July. Can anyone suggest a CLEAN mid-priced hotel that includes breakfast? We'd like to be able to have one room or a suite (we have two teens) and a nice walk to la Grand-Place. I've seen the Stanhope on line which looks reasonable. Can anyone confirm that hotel's cleanliness or recommend another hotel? Thanks in advance.

We just stayed at the Novotel. They were having an offer for 2nd room 50% off. It was very clean and well located. See my report on TA.

If you have any flexibility in your schedule, hotels are very often much cheaper over weekends than they are on weekdays.

or try bidding 2 rooms on priceline. you may be lucky and score a $40 deal at a 4* hotel like we did, or a bit higher. check out recent winning bids at www.betterbidding.com
