Hotel/apt recommendation in Rome, Naples, Sorrento, and Bari

Any recommendation for hotel or apartments in Rome, Naples, Sorrento, and Bari staying 2-3 days each. We are a party of 5 people where 3 of them are kids in between age of 4 to 7 years old. Prefer to stay close to the tourist site or town center where we can stroll around and go back hotel when the kids get tired.
Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Flexible but prefer staying under €300 per night.

I can help you with Rome. I live here and have a friend that rents an apartment that fits up to 6 people, centrally located, and really reasonable. Email me at [email protected] if you want to connect. I would be happy to help out.

Best
