Hotel Adler in Rome? Or other recommendations?
My husband and I will be in Rome for 3 nights starting New Year's Eve, with 3 adult friends (everyone's first time there). The 5 of us have been researching decent, inexpensive hotels for awhile now and have come up with Hotel Adler. I have mostly read good reviews of it, but I am still unsure. It's near Termini, but supposedly is fairly safe. Has anybody been there that knows?
Other than that, can anyone recommend a hotel that is: a)convenient to most sights and b) cheap? By cheap, I mean for a double room, less than 100 Euros. I wouldn't be opposed to staying outside the city center as long as it was still convenient to buses and metro and not more than 10-15 min. into the city. Thanks!

Also check http://www.eurocheapo.com/Rome .
Needless to say, you probably want to reserve a cheap place quickly.
